I'm not sure why I never thought about how weird they felt on my head until I sat in on a web seminar -- and got tired of the headphones slipping. Well, duhhhhhh -- after I figured out which way was correct -- the slipping stopped.
I hate when that happens (me being stupid). Oh well, at least I can now use them in comfort!!!
I'm sure that most of you, would have used them correctly. I'm not sure why I didn't. But, just so I have a reminder of the correct placement of headphones to head -- I added some ears and a mouth via Photoshop. Now I've got a visual reminder just in case I have a memory lapse!
Well, one more day and I'm half way to the end of the "what ever possessed me" photo project!!!!! Think I'm going to do a "woo hoo" dance tomorrow!
There's a little bit of sun out today (but, really mostly cloudy) and I noticed how pretty the dogs looked sitting on their trampoline (really -- I bought it for me, but they claimed squatter's rights).
Here's Blue and Lola taking in as much sun as they can get today.
Have a great day!
Oh, and please feel free to let me know if you have any bonehead revelations that you'd like to get off your chest (you know, to make me feel better)!
;~D Frances
Alright I love the photo of your dogs because I have to blogging buddies named, anyone? Anyone?
ReplyDeleteBlue and Lola. Awesome with a side of incredible.
Onto the revelations. I used to wash a load of laundry and set the timer on the microwave for 22 minutes. Then I ran downstairs and added fabric softener as the water filled for the rinse cycle.
So I had the fabric softener in there. I did this for a few years.
And then one day, somehow (can't remember how) I discovered that I could add the fabric softener in there *at the beginning of the cycle* in the hole in the center post of the machine and it would release at the correct time.
So I did not have to set the timer on the microwave to run down there during the rinse cycle to add the softener.
Doing laundry is so much easier now.
yes the headphones go on backward. i have a similar pair.
ReplyDeletecute dogs.
I love your dogs!
ReplyDeletemiss ya. come out to play. :) hope all is well.
ReplyDeleteI think you should undertake another "whatever possessed me" project!
ReplyDeleteTry a lawnmower....LOL! Apparently years ago I bought a lawnmower that came in a box and I had to put the thing together. Well, I never understood why the darn thing wouldn't cut just right, but my yard was quite small and I did what I could...a few years later when I moved into my granny's house after she went into a home, my father looked at the mower I had proudly put together and announced to the entire family that I had the motor on backwards! I did not live that one down for quite some time! :)
